Where do you ship from?

I ship from Massachusetts, USA

What shipping service do you use?

For domestic (US) orders packages are sent with USPS First Class Mail (2-4 days)

International orders are shipped with USPS First Class International (2-4 weeks)

A tracking number will be provided by email after your package is shipped

How long until my order is shipped?

Most items ship in 1-2 business days, the only exceptions to this are items that are on pre-order! Items on pre-order will have titles that start with "PRE-ORDER"

If I order in-stock items with pre-order items, will it all ship together?

For orders that contain a pre-order item, I will ship your whole order once the pre-order items arrive. Please send me a message if you would like your in-stock items to ship beforehand and I can arrange payment for the additional shipping charge!

I think my package is lost, what should I do?

Please check with your local post office first using the tracking number you received for reference! If there's any issues, please email me and we can discuss options

Will I have to pay customs tax/import fees?

For international orders, any taxes or fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer
