Big Poe is made of soft minky fabric and his hat is made with velvet and measures 16" long and 12" tall (40x30cm)!! His letter and bag are functional and bag is lined with polkadot fabric! The letter attaches under the beak by magnet and can be stored into his delivery bag. Write a note to a loved one, plop it in the envelope, and "deliver" Big Poe to your recipient! :>
